• MATERIAL: - Adult Size – approximately 17” wide x 20.5” long - Our Premium Plastic Bib - adult poly bib. - 1.4 mil white opaque bib - Up to full color imprinting, digital imprint, custom quoting is not necessary - We can not change the base color of this bib, it is white. - Bibs can have a "crumb catcher" flipped up pocket on the bottom of each bib, may incur an additional charge - just specify that it's needed upon order - Stock is never an issue with these bibs. We are the source of these bibs. • IMPRINT INFORMATION: - Imprint area: a rectangle 12” x 12” horizontal or vertical, there is no separate art template necessary -Click for an image of an actual blank bib image -Click for a template / line drawing of this bib • ARTWORK: - Your vector artwork: submit vector file with all text converted to curves/outlines. - OR - - Our artwork: over the last 25 years, we have amassed an extensive design library. Our art is free after you submit a complete firm order. Provide type of event, design request, names, date, location, other text on your order and we will provide artwork choices for you. If you need spec art created without an order, the rate is $45(z) per hour, minimum 1 hour. • INKS: - Pantone Inks available - please specify			• PRICING - Order in 500 bib increments - ABSOLUTE Minimum is very low at only 2500 bibs, less than minimum is absolutely not available. For quantities less than 2,500 order the poly backed paper bib BIB-AX3. • SET-UP CHARGE: - $175 (v) - Re-orders without changes within 3 months $75 • PROOFING: - Virtual proof included after receipt of complete order • PACKAGING (additional production time may apply): - Bagging and packaging options available and start at $.25(z)/bib bib individually packaged in 6" x 9" or 4" x 4" individual bag. - Additional options quoted upon request • SAMPLES: - Random Imprinted Bib Sample is available for inspection prior to final sale purchase of your custom created order, just email your request along with your FED EX or UPS account number. Any concerns must be addressed prior to final sale purchase. - Pre-production sample: not available • PRODUCTION TIME: - Standard production time is approximately 3-6 weeks from receipt of approved art and prepayment. During the high season production may be up to 6-8 weeks, order early. - In most cases RUSH production can be accommodated for Premium bibs with the production time with approximately 2 weeks depending on production time. Upcharge for 2 week rush as available is 35%(z). • SHIPPING: - FOB: NJ - Shipment will be via UPS, FEDEX or LTL, our arrangements only. Bill to third party if available upcharge $7.50(z) per shipment. - Tracking / Pro number will be automatically emailed upon shipment - Ship weight approx 50lbs per 2500 bibs
