Description

• MATERIAL:
-Adult Size – approximately 20” wide x 20” long
- White only - cotton napkin

-Reusable, can be machine washed.

• IMPRINT INFORMATION:
- Imprint area: a rectangle 7” x 10” horizontal or vertical, there is no separate art template necessary

- Use a 20" x 20" white square to make your own virtual proofs

• ARTWORK:
-Your one color line art OR up to a full color photo/art
- OR -
-Our artwork: over the last 25 years, we have amassed an extensive design library. Our art is free after you submit a complete firm order. Provide type of event, design request, names, date, location, other text on your order and we will provide artwork choices for you. If you need spec art created without an order, the rate is $45(z) per hour, minimum 1 hour.

• IMPRINT PROCESS:
-One color line art orders are mostly screen printed. For more than one color to full color, the imprint is transferred to the material with a heat process, a border of the material may show thru to the front of the product.
-Pantone Inks for one color screen printing, are closest match. Exact match is not available due to limitation of print process and materials.
-For one color screen print, we will most likely screen print
-Simple one color monogram, logo or text embroidery can be available with an upcharge and will be priced per design

• SET-UP CHARGE:
-$45(v) first time use - applies to order 25 napkins+
-Re-orders without changes within 3 months $35(z)

• PROOFING:
-Includes a free color email artwork proof. A color virtual email proof $15(z) upon request, disclaimer regarding color variations from screen to actual item and size/positioning approximates will need to be signed off on prior to processing.

• PACKAGING (additional production time may apply):
-Fold to fit in 6” x 9” envelope or for a place setting add $.99(v)
-Fold and insert into a 6” x 9” add $1.49(v)
-Fold and insert into a plain flat poly bag without seal or closure add $1.49(v)
-Fold and insert into a zip closure poly bag add $1.59(v)

• SAMPLES:
-Random Imprinted Sample is available $4.99(z) for inspection prior to final sale purchase of your custom created order, just email your request along with your FED EX or UPS account number. Any concerns must be addressed prior to final sale purchase.

• PRODUCTION TIME / RUSHES (as production allows for printed orders, timing in business days):
-ALL orders must list the required delivery date on the original order and confirmed with proofing.
-Standard production time is approximately 10 business days from receipt of approved art and prepayment.
-Super-fast production – as production allows, contact us to discuss same day and 1-day 50%-100%(z) upcharge
-3-day production add 35%(z) as available

-Shipment will be via UPS or USPS
-Bill to third party UPS shipping available, provide account and account billing address $7.50(z). We do not have daily FED EX pickup, specification of FED EX account may delay shipment and a pickup charge may be added to your FedEx account.

-Box sizes and weights: 25 napkins = approx 5lbs 15" x 11" x 3" box, 100 napkins = approx 20lbs 18” x 22” x 6” box
