• MATERIAL:

- MADE IN THE U.S.A. Quality Natural Hardwood Mallet/Hammer measures approximately 7.25" x 2.5".

- The standard imprint is on the head, but we can imprint on the mallet handle as well or both (upcharge, separate listing).

- Blanks are available, see that listing.

- Stock is never an issue with these mallets. We are the source of these mallets. They are completely manufactured and printed in the U.S.A. with all U.S.A. inks and supplies.

• INK IMPRINT INFORMATION:

- Printed: Imprint area: mallet head (approx 1.5" x 1.0" h or v) or mallet handle (approx .25" h x 2" w).

- Due to the nature of the natural wood and since these are printed on a hand jig, unevenness, variation in position and ink coverage may occur, fine details may fill in.

• ARTWORK:

- Your vector artwork: submit vector file with all text converted to curves/outlines, black ink on white background regardless of imprint color. Line art and solid fills only, no greyscale, no halftone.

- OR -

- Our artwork: over the last 25 years, we have amassed an extensive design library. Our art is free after you submit a complete firm order. Provide type of event, design request, names, date, location, other text on your order and we will provide artwork choices for you. If you need spec art created without an order, the rate is $45(z) per hour, minimum 1 hour.

• INKS:

- Standard Inks – no additional charge, click for SWATCH SHEET*

**Suggested BLACK or RED

- Yellow, Gold and Silver inks are not suggested, there is not enough contrast between the mallet and the ink

- Pantone Ink Specified (due to material properties exact match is not guaranteed) $65(v) upcharge

- *Pantone numbers listed are approximates, imprint ink coverage, the absorbency of the material and the drying process may change the appearance of an ink color.

- ONE color imprint only - we can not print multiple colors on a mallet, head and handle color can be different $45(v) upcharge

• SET-UP CHARGE:
- INK: Plate charge for ink imprinted orders: $39(v).
- Re-orders without changes within 3 months $15(z)

• PROOFING:
- Includes a free black/white email artwork proof. A color virtual email proof $15(z) upon request, disclaimer regarding color variations from screen to actual item and size/positioning approximates will need to be signed off on prior to processing.

• PACKAGING:
- Mallets are bulk packaged, no individual unit packaging

• SAMPLES:
- Random Imprinted Seafood Mallet Sample is available for inspection prior to final sale purchase of your custom created order, just email your request along with your FED EX or UPS account number. Any concerns must be addressed prior to final sale purchase.
- Pre-production sample: $75(z)

• PRODUCTION TIME / RUSHES (as production allows, timing in business days):
- ALL orders must list the required delivery date on the original order and confirmed with proofing.
- Standard production time is approximately 10 business days from receipt of approved art and prepayment.
- Super-fast production – as production allows, contact us to discuss same day and 1-day 50%-100%(z) upcharge
- 3-day production add 35%(z)
- 5-day production add 25%(z)

- FOB: NJ
- Shipment will be via UPS or USPS
- Bill to third party UPS shipping available, provide account and account billing address $7.50(z). We do not have daily FED EX pickup, specification of FED EX account may delay shipment and will incur a pick up charge billed to your FedEx account.
- Tracking information will be automatically emailed
- Box sizes and weights: 100 mallets = approx 17lbs (8” x 9” x 18” box)
